Luca's Apartments, managed directly by the Logi family, are located in the Gulf of Procchio a few meters from the golden sandy beach, which can be easily reached on foot. The location is quiet as the access road to the locality of Campo all'Aia is secondary.

Surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and a beautiful garden where children can play safely, they are characterized by the presence of a green lawn, many fruit plants, pines and many flowers that make the air fragrant and create a restful and serene view.

The structure consists of apartments of various sizes (two-room and three-room apartments) that can accommodate from 2 up to a maximum of 5 people. All apartments are independent, equipped with LCD TV, Wi-Fi and some with independent heating and have a covered loggia available; the three-room apartments on the ground floor have two verandas equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a private grill, while those on the upper floor have a terrace which is also equipped.

The property has private covered parking and a coin-operated laundry.

Not far away, at the end of the gulf, the La Guardiola Nautical Association manages a large buoy field for mooring boats and rents sailboats and motorboats. Along the promenade towards the center, you will find the sailing school with catamarans, sailing boats, and even boat rentals.

In a few minutes on foot, from the municipal road or from the pedestrian promenade across the beach, you can reach the center of the town of Procchio which is 300 meters away.
